We do not sell your information. Not to advertisers, not to merchants, not to anyone.
What we collect and why
- Display name, phone number and email. We collect these only to link your wallet address to your card and to check your card at participating merchants. Your display name is shown on a VALID result. Your email is used only to send your Wallet pass and important card notices.
- Wallet address. It's already public on PulseChain. We use it to check that your lock NFT qualifies.
- Businesses: the listing details you submit, plus a contact email that isn't shown publicly.
How your phone number is stored
We store your phone number as a keyed hash (a scrambled fingerprint), not as readable text. When a shop types your number in, we scramble it the same way and compare. We keep only the last 4 digits so we can show them to you on your card.
What a shop sees
Only VALID or INVALID and your display name. Never your wallet, balance, phone number or email. Checks are rate-limited to stop guessing.
Your tokens and your wallet
We never hold, see or control your tokens or keys. When you register, you sign a free message. That signature only proves you own the wallet. It is not a transaction and it cannot move funds. We will never ask for your seed phrase.
Deleting your card
Open your card page (your private card link) and press Delete my card. That removes your name, phone hash, email and wallet link right away. If you lost your link, email [email protected] and we'll help after you prove you own the wallet.
